<p><b>Baywood Construction, Inc.</b> was incorporated in 1978 for the purpose
of providing Cape Coral residents with quality homes at affordable prices. Twenty-one
years later, we have become one of the area's largest builders completing over
one hundred homes annually. The volume of work that Baywood Construction provides
to its subcontractors allows for substantial cost savings during construction,
which in turn enables Baywood Construction to pass substantial savings along
to you, our customers.</p>
<p class="home_text">Baywood Construction, Inc. currently builds twelve models
ranging from 1,200 living square feet up to 2,400 living square feet. We are
continually updating our plans to reflect the very newest of ideas and designs
within the construction industry. Every home built by Baywood Construction,
Inc. is designed and engineered to meet all the requirements of the Southeast
building code.</p>

step of the building process. From footing through final, a qualified construction
